Having been a resident of Carlsbad for over 30 years, Todd Whaples gotten to know San Diego county well. He has been a student of the real estate market in San Diego County for the last 15 years constantly educating himself on the best practices available. During this time Todd has been practicing real estate full time and even though he is a fully fledged real estate broker, he still provides complete real estate services throughout San Diego and works with both buyers and sellers. He is well versed in local neighborhoods which offers his buyers a greater opportunity for resale potential as well as better insight as to which community may be the best fit for them and their specific needs and his sellers benefit by having someone that understands the uniqueness of their specific community. Todd prides himself on listening well to his clients and identifying their desires and quickly helping the achieve their goals by making every transaction a win-win for all involved. Todd lives in South Carlsbad and has been happily married to Rosemarie, his wife of over 20 years. When not busy assisting sellers and buyers Todd enjoys spending down time with his two Maltese pups, Roxie and Luna… Oh, and his wonderfully accomplished children; Kelly-15 and his son Alex-18.
